* Erosion Control Measures.
* Construct New Access Road and Vehicle Turn Around Area.
* Install One New 20’ Vehicle Access Gate in Existing Fence.
* Install One New 4’ Pedestrian Gate in Existing Fence.
* Top Soil and Seed.
Foundations:
* New Foundation (1) for New Control House.
* New Foundation (1) for New Generator.
* New Foundation (1) for New Generator Fuel Tank.
In-Ground Work:
345KV Yard:
* Install New Ground Grid Connections to the Existing
Ground Grid for: New Control House, New Generator and
New Generator Fuel Tank.
* Install New Underground Raceways as Shown on
Conduit Plan.
* Modify Existing Pull Box #1 at the Existing Control House.
* Install New Trench #2 from the Existing Pull Box #1 to the
New Control House.
* There are Three Circuits which will Require Removal and
Reinstallation to Facilitate the Installation of New Trench #2.
These are Conduits #1, #7 and #27 as Shown on
DWG C-18677-E. The Contractor shall Remove these and
Replace with New.
* Extend Existing Ground Grid for New Man Gate and Vehicle
Access Gate.
